An international journal for the study of the earth beneath the sea

Marine Geophysical Researches has for a long time been a high quality resource for geophysical data in the deep ocean basins. Over the past years the journal has reflected in its contents the intense international efforts focused on understanding the global mid-ocean ridge system. In addition to this continuing field of study, the journal is also expanding to include submissions on continental margin geophysics, structure, stratigraphy and sediment deposition processes, as major ground breaking advances in this sphere are anticipated over the next several years.
