Diabetes Care is a journal for the health-care practitioner that is intended to increase knowledge, stimulate research, and promote better management of people with diabetes mellitus. To achieve these goals, the journal publishes original articles on human studies in the areas of epidemiology, clinical trials, behavioral medicine, nutrition, education, health-care delivery, medical economics, and clinical care. The journal also publishes clinically relevant review articles, clinical observations, letters to the editor, and public health/medical news or points of view.
