QJM is a long-established, peer-reviewed journal which publishes contributions that promote medical science and practice. The journal publishes original papers from the major clinical specialties, with expanded coverage of the increasingly powerful research in molecular and cell science, where relevant to clinical medicine; review articles on significant advances or controversies in clinical medicine and medical science, including a new mini-review series which aims to bridge the gap between molecular science and medicine; and correspondence commenting on articles in the journal or continuing the debate.
