Every issue of Evidence-Based Ophthalmology includes analyses of approximately two dozen critically relevant articles in the categories of clinical studies or trials, medical socioeconomics, and politics as it relates to healthcare.

The journal supplies an evidence-based (as opposed to an anecdotal) approach to eye care. Rather than undertaking a given treatment because "that's how we treat this condition," Evidence-Based Ophthalmology provides the most time-effective, cost-efficient methods of treatment to busy clinicians.

Please note that while this journal ceased publication, an archive is available for purchase and the closed frontfile is available in collections only.
