Accessing PDF Full Text

Ovid Full Text lets you view articles in a PDF format with complete text, tables, figures, and equations. Click on a PDF Full Text link from within a record, and OvidSP opens the PDF Full Text Display.

After clicking on the Article as PDF link, OvidSP displays the content of an article in PDF format.

Note: In most cases , OvidSP provides documents which are downloadable in PDFAdobe's Portable Document Format format. If you do not have a PDF viewer, click here to download the Adobe Reader PDF viewer.

Add to Projects

Click the Add to My Projects link on the upper right side of the PDF file to add it to a project.

OvidSP will open the Add Item window.

On the Add Items popup window:

  • To add the selected items to an existing project, select the An Existing Project option and locate on the dropdown menu the project where you want the items added
  • To add the selected items to a new project, select A New Project option and type the Project Name

For reference purposes, provide a description for the items you are adding to My Projects.

When you are done, click on the Add Item(s) button.
