My Projects

Organizing Your Work

Projects are classified into two categories, Active Projects and Archived Projects.

You can move projects from one category to the other by:

  • Dragging and dropping from one category to another (available to javascript users only)


  • Changing the project’s status from the Edit Project window

Projects and Folders

You can also add folders to a Project to further organize items within each Project. Projects which have folders associated with them will display a + on the folder icon preceding the project name.



To add a folder to a project, select the project in the navigation pane, select the Actions button, and select New Folder.

The system will display the New Folder popup.


The folder will be added underneath the selected project.
