Organizing Your Work
Projects are classified into two categories, Active Projects and Archived Projects.
- The Manage Projects section of the navigation panel contains a list of all of your active projects
- To better organize your projects, you can move inactive projects to the Archived Projects category
You can move projects from one category to the other by:

You can also add folders to a Project to further organize items within each Project. Projects which have folders associated with them will display a + on the folder icon preceding the project name.
- Click the
on the Project to expand the view to display its folders - Click the
on the Project to hide its folders

To add a folder to a project, select the project in the navigation pane, select the Actions button, and select New Folder. |
The system will display the New Folder popup.

The folder will be added underneath the selected project.
