OvidSP Annotations: Delete
OvidSP displays an Annotation icon next to each record in the title display. The icon appearance indicates whether an annotation exists for a record or not.
Delete an annotation with these steps::

Click the Annotation icon. OvidSP opens the View Annotation window. |

Click the Delete link. OvidSP opens the Delete Annotation window. |

Click the Close link. |
OvidSP closes the Delete Annotation window. The titles display now shows a
blank Annotation  icon beside the record. |

If by any means you changed your mind about the deletion, click the Undo link before closing the Delete Annotation window. | |
