Complete Reference Display

OvidSP provides a display of complete bibliographic information for records in the Records Titles Display. Click a record's Complete Reference link to see it.
a

OvidSP refreshes the titles display with reference information for that record.

The complete reference display has three sections.

Search Aids: tools to further refine your search quickly and accurately.
Record Information: complete reference information for the record selected from the titles display. Include record links and OvidSP's Find Citing and Find Similar features when available. For more information on links, see Types of Links in OvidSP.
Books@Ovid record information is book edition specific and includes a passage from the text that the record represents.
Similar Articles: tool displays record that best matched the record on the complete reference display.
OvidSP's Find Similar feature references a lexicon that draws from the National Library of Medicine's Unified Medical Language System (UMLS) Meta-thesaurus, medical dictionaries and thesauri, medical acronyms, drug and disease names, and standard American and British English dictionaries.
Results Manager:  lets you display, preview and print, email, save, or order the document that the record represents.

In the complete reference and abstract of a Publish Ahead of Print (PAP) record, OvidSP displays a status line with the publishing-stage label.

Because PAP content has not yet been published, some standard information about it is not yet available. PAP Full Text articles are accessible only with a valid subscription to a Journals@Ovid collection.
