Browse Journals@Ovid

OvidSP lets you browse Journals@Ovid for records of your interest in addition to searching records. Click the Journals icon from the Main Search Page to begin.

OvidSP opens the Journals A-Z Page.

The Journals A-Z Page provides you with dynamic access to Journals@Ovid records and the OvidSP Full Text of your site's subscription.

	OvidSP session options:	navigate to other parts of your OvidSP session, create a jumpstart to this page or manage eTOC subscriptions.
	Browse by Subject	lists journals by subject category. Browse here if you know articles you want that pertain to a certain subject. Or, create an alphabetically arranged list of subjects. For more details, click here.
	Browse by Title	lists journals by title. Browse here if you know the name of the journal or if you want to browse an alphabetical list of titles. For details, click here.
	Full Text Type	indicates the type of Full Text available for your site's Journals@Ovid subscription: current Full Text archived Full Text Publish Ahead of Print (PAP) Full Text. If no icon displays, your site does not subscribe to OvidSP Full Text for this journal. However, you may purchase Full Text access through Ovid's PayPerView functionality .

Browsing by Journal Subject

Browsing by subject may be a convenient way to search for journals and records of your interest. OvidSP arranges journals within categories and sub-categories; click a main category, and OvidSP provides you with further sub-categories. Now browse sub-categories and click a topic.

OvidSP refreshes the browse by titles display to provide you with an alphabetical list of journals from the category selected, in effect, you have created an alphabetically arranged subject list. You may browse this display for journal titles that interest you. Navigate the titles display: Page by page using First, Next, Last, and Previous links, or Use the letter- number links to jump to titles that begin with a specific letter or number.

Click the Issue List link of a title in the display, and OvidSP opens a journal issue list.

Click the All Journals link to reset the browse by title display to all journals from the Subject Categories display

Browsing by Journal Title

OvidSP displays alphabetically arranged journal titles by default.

Start here if you know the name of the journal you want or if you just want to browse an alphabetical list of titles. Click a link, and OvidSP jumps to titles within the display that begin with a specific letter or number. Or, navigate the display page by page by using First, Next, Last, and Previous links.

Click the Issue List link of a title in the display, and OvidSP opens a journal issue list.

Working with Records in the Display

OvidSP provides basic information for each journal record in the display. Links throughout the display help you navigate through the journal names. In addition, each journal record has three helpful links:

• Issue List,
• About this Journal, and
• RSS Current TOC Feed.

Journal Issue List Display

Click the Issue List link of a record
OvidSP opens the issue list for the journal.

About This Journal Display

Click the About this Journal link of a record
OvidSP opens a journal description display that includes useful information and helpful links.

RSS Feeds

Click the RSS Current TOC Feed link of a record
OvidSP opens an RSS feed display for the journal TOC. To subscribe to the feed and have OvidSP notify you when the TOC for this journal is updated, click the subscription button. click here for more information on RSS feeds.

Look for Publish Ahead of Print RSS Feed links, and OvidSP notifies you when Publish Ahead of Print Full Text is available for a journal.
