Create a PPV Account

When your site administrator enables OvidSP's PayPerView (PPV) at your site, the PayPerView Account icon displays in your session banner.

Click PayPerView link and OvidSP opens the PayPerView Customer Login Page.

Follow these steps to create your PPV account:
Click the Create a New Account button. OvidSP opens the PayPerView Account Registration Page.
Fill out the required information portion of the form.
OPTIONAL: Fill out the optional portion of the form.
Click the Create Account button. OvidSP displays a confirmation page.
c Click the Continue link.
 
OvidSP opens the My Account Page, and you have successfully created your own PPV account. Once you start purchasing OvidSP Full Text, you may:
  • View it for up to 24 hours,
  • View your order history at any time,
  • Edit account information, and
  • Change account login and password information.
 
Click the Return to Ovid link to return to your OvidSP session. OvidSP opens the Main Search Page and sends a confirmation notice to the account email indicated on the form.
