PayPerView

OvidSP's PayPerView (PPV) feature is available to customers who want access to OvidSP Full Text:

• Without a subscription to Journals@Ovid
• Without a purchase through an Ovid Deposit Account
• To non-Ovid users who link to Ovid Full Text from external sites

PPV access to Ovid Full Text exists within your session along with your Journals@Ovid subscription, your OvidSP Deposit Account access, and open access (non-OvidSP) full text. When these three types of Ovid Full Text access exist in the same session, OvidSP prioritizes them as follows.

Deposit Account		See Deposit Account Access to OvidSP Full Text.  Ovid Full Text is the default link name of OvidSP Full Text access through a Deposit Account. Depending upon configuration at your site, this link might be named differently. For clarity, contact your site administrator.
PayPerView		See Purchase OvidSP Full Text.  PPV Buy Now links only display for Ovid Full Text to which your site does not already subscribe through Journals@Ovid.

Once you purchase OvidSP Full Text through PayPerView, Buy Now links display throughout your OvidSP session, and you can:

• View the Full Text for up to 24 hours,
• Email the Full Text to a list of recipients,
• Save the Full Text to your desktop, and
• Download the Full Text PDF file (when available).

If you save a Pay-per-View article to your projects, it will be available for more than 24 hours.

Before you can purchase OvidSP Full Text through PPV, you must set up an account. All future transactions require logging in to this account. Create a PPV account by clicking either the PayPerView Account icon located on your session banner or Buy Now links located throughout your session.
