This is one of the fields contained within the Physical Properties superfield (ZCPP) which itself is associated with the Physical Properties message field (CPP).

The flash point is the lowest temperature at which the vapours of a volatile combustible substance will sustain combustion in air when exposed to a flame. The flash point information is derived from various sources. Where possible the method of determination of the flash point is given (closed cup, open cup etc.).
