The EMBASE Specialties Series is a collection of biomedical discipline-specific databases. Drugs & Pharmacology includes abstracts and citations concerning drugs and pharmacology, selected and indexed by Elsevier Science B.V.  Also included are abstracts from other medical disciplines which have relevance to drugs and pharmacology. 

 

The scope of Drugs & Pharmacology includes literature on the effects and use of all drugs and potential drugs, clinical and experimental aspects of pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and side effects and adverse effects of drugs.
