The UD field indicates the six-digit year and month, in YYYYMM format, in which the record was added to the database. The file from which the record originated appears in parentheses following the update code. RIE indicates that the record is from the Resources in Education file; CIJE indicates that the record is from the Current Index to Journals in Education file.
