The TI field contains the name of the original document. Both original and English-language titles are included. If special characters or symbols are included in the title, they are represented by literalizations and enclosed in brackets. For example, the Greek letter alpha is displayed as [alpha] and a forward arrow is displayed as [fwdarw]. Brackets also indicate text corrected or added by BIOSIS, as well as any titles translated into English by BIOSIS where no English title is given in the original document. Translated titles display on a new line after the original title.
