Clinical Trials Insight (CTI)

New Database Release News

Ovid is pleased to introduce the Adis Clinical Trials Insight database, a premier source of clinical trials evidence for pharmaceutical and medical professionals. CTI presents highly structured, in-depth assessments of drug trials reported in more than 1,700 international medical and biomedical journals and meeting sources.

CTI Database Contents
The CTI database covers 27 major therapeutic areas, including: cancer chemotherapy, diabetes, hypertension, antithrombotics, affective disorders, obstructive airways disease, women's health, men's health, pain control, and pharmacoeconomics.

Adis editorial specialists select and evaluate key papers on drug therapy, pharmacoeconomics, and adverse drug experiences. Study summaries provide a clear evaluation of the study, the comparative treatment outcomes, key messages, results, and clinical and commercial impact of the results. An Adis evaluation score provides an independent guide to the quality of the trial, study design, and reporting.
