Introduction to Ovid Universal Search

Designed for those people who already have some experience on OvidSP but would like to learn how to extend their searches into non-Ovid-subscribed online sources (such as Pubmed, Cinahl, etc.) by using Ovid Universal Search.  Includes a detailed explanation of Searching, Managing, and Exporting results  from both OvidSP and non-Ovid sources.
