Migrating from WebSPIRS to OvidSP

At the end of the one hour class attendees will have become familiar with the features of the OvidSP search platform which includes location of comparable features that are frequently used in Ovid SilverPlatter WebSPIRS.  A demonstration from various search modes of the truncation, wildcards and Boolean operators available in OvidSP as compared to Ovid SilverPlatter WebSPIRS.  Enhancement in OvidSP such as searching using natural language processing to retrieve relevance-ranked results from the Basic Search mode, enhanced access to full text and simultaneous searching across journals, books and bibliographic databases will be covered.
