Gary A. Shulman, an ERISA attorney with more than 25 years of experience in the benefits and actuarial fields, is a nationally recognized authority on Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs). Mr. Shulman earned his Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from Ohio State University and his J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He is a frequent lecturer on QDROs for family law bar associations throughout the United States. Mr. Shulman and his staff have drafted and reviewed more than 75,000 QDROs for attorneys and corporations.

David I. Kelley is one of the country’s leading authorities on pension present value issues. He belongs to the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries, has prepared more than 60,000 pension present value reports, and has testified as an expert witness more than 1,100 times. Mr. Kelley received his B.A. from Manhattan College and his M.A. from the University of Connecticut.
