The amount of published material in journals increases year on year. There is absolutely no way in which we can have the time and emotional energy to keep up to date, especially in a complex specialty like general medical practice.
We don’t always have the time to have our teaching observed in a non-threatening way, so I liked the paper from Australia that sought to do this in a supportive and non-assessing style.
Each article is graded from 1–5
IMPORTANCE: ★ (very marginal) to ★★★★★ (essential reading)
EASE OF READING: ☻ (impenetrable) to ☻☻☻☻☻ (very clear)
