THE ESSENTIAL ROLE OF GENERALISTS IN HEALTHCARE SYSTEMS

Education for Primary Care 16(4):p 503, 2005.

Not a big crop of exciting medical education articles in the last two months (this assumes that ‘exciting’ and ‘medical education’ are not a combined oxymoron). However, two articles from America are positive about primary care, and chronic pain patients are featuring in the medical journals more. The Lancet editorial starts to raise the issue of why morale is so poor amongst doctors: I’m not entirely sure – I think it’s a damn good job, actually.
