Ronald E. Hall, PhD, was trained as a clinical social worker. Currently, he is employed as a scholar and Assistant Professor at Michigan State University. Because of his interest in skin color, Dr. Hall testified as an expert witness to the United States' first skin-color discrimination case between African-Americans: Morrow vs. IRS (1990). He has authored, co-authored, and presented over 150 works on this topic and has been considered the United States' leading scholar on issues of skin-color discrimination.
