Conflict of Interest Disclosures: Dr Leventhal reported that the Yale Department of Pediatrics, Yale School of Medicine, New Haven, Connecticut, is compensated by the State of Connecticut for expert testimony related to child abuse cases and for consultation to the Madison Child Abuse team under contract with UW Health, Madison, Wisconsin. He reported receiving personal fees from the University of Vermont Medical Center, Burlington, and the Department of Pediatrics, University of Alabama, Birmingham, for consultation to the child abuse programs; and a grant from Lurie Children’s Hospital, Chicago, Illinois, for evaluating child abuse in children with fractures outside the submitted work. Dr Asnes reported being the principal investigator on state grants to Yale University that support the university’s child abuse programs and providing expert testimony in court on suspected child abuse cases, for which the Yale Department of Pediatrics has been compensated. Dr Otterman reported that Uppsala University Children’s Hospital, Uppsala, Sweden, is compensated for cases of expert child abuse consultation and testimony in the court provided by Dr Otterman. No other dislosures were reported.
