ABSTRACT

Lymphomatous involvement of the kidneys is a common manifestation of systemic nonHodgkin’s lymphoma but associated renal dysfunction is uncommon. In contrast, lymphoma originating within the kidneys is a rare event. We report a case of primary renal lymphoma presenting with renal insufficiency and hypertension in a 10-year-old boy.
