Note from the editor: This is a great piece of reflection. I have chosen to publish it to provide all subscribers with an example that can be used as a template for our revalidation portfolios.

This reflection looks at the effect that continuity of midwifery carer and COVID-19 can have on women's experiences of breastfeeding. This topic is particularly relevant due to the current COVID-19 pandemic in the UK. This area of research is yet to be fully explored.

Note:In this reflective piece of work, I use a pseudonym to maintain confidentiality as mandated in the Nursing and Midwifery Council Code ().
