Arlene Lovejoy-Bluem, MS, RNP, CNS, RNC-NIC, NPT-C, RRT, has worked for more than 30 years in neonatal and pediatric health care. She is finishing her Doctorate of Nursing Practice program at Brandman University with a dissertation on NICU discharge transitioning. Her professional interests include patient/ family advocacy, transition from acute care to ambulatory care, information technology, and health care reform.
