Abstract
Effective clinical leadership is vital for planning and delivering high-quality nursing care. This article discusses the development and delivery of a healthy leadership course that focuses on the lived experiences of those in leadership roles. It describes the importance of cross-organisational collaboration, the process of designing the course and evaluation of the pilot.
