With the August deadline fast approaching, we thought it would be useful to provide a summary of current developments and to report on the College's EWTD conference held in January. The College EWTD Working Party, chaired by Hugh Phillips, has sought to bring together experts from the surgical specialties, Department of Health and deanery representatives to debate the issues relating specifically to surgery.
