Practice Value and Worth of a DNP

The worth and value of a doctorally prepared nurse practitioner (DNP) or distinct and frequently misunderstood concepts. While worth refers to dollars generated, value refers to dollars plus intangibles, such as quality, savings, and good will, generated by the DNP. The following article discusses the two concepts and provides pointed examples for the DNP to apply in a practice setting.
