Studies on drug-in-adhesive acrylic layers containing ibuprofen and poloxamer 188

- The integration of poloxamer 188 and ibuprofen into acrylic layers was studied using three different incorporation methods. Layers prepared by mixing the molten binary mixture with the liquid adhesive showed lower crystalline content compared with layers prepared by incorporation of the physical and solid dispersion binary mixtures.
