Carol Marrow is a Reader in International Nursing Development, School of Nursing and Midwifery, University of Cumbria. She has coordinated a number of European Commission (EC) funded projects including a Thematic European Nursing Network (TENN), Website address: http://www.ucsm.ac.uk/tenn and the development of a European Advanced Nursing Masters programme. She has also led and completed research projects with national and international colleagues. Her research focus is on clinical support of nurses in practice including Mentorship and Clinical Supervision.
