We report 2 cases of renal cell carcinoma with solitary contralateral adrenal metastasis. Such a presentation of hypernephroma is rare, with only 3 such cases having been found in the literature, none of which was diagnosed correctly preoperatively. Our 2 patients are alive with no evidence of disease 20 and 24 months, respectively, after radical nephrectomy and contralateral adrenalectomy.
