Wanda G. Bradshaw is a nurse leader at the Veteran's Administration Medical Center in St. Louis, Missouri. She is the performance improvement facilitator for mental health, a cochair of the Nursing Practice Council, and a cochair of the Nursing Research Committee. Ms. Bradshaw is a recent graduate of the MSN degree program at Webster University, St. Louis. This article was part of the required leadership course work in the graduate program.
